Well the local gym has finally opened and I'm in my third week: 45
mins cardio, 4 days a week.
Amazingly I'm not dead yet! (phew) and I actually don't mind it when I get into the gym. It is the 10
mins between the alarm and getting there that is really hard work.
I am hoping that I will soon be feeling trim and tip top, although so far the only change is feeling tired....and very hungry!
ALSO really hope I become Mrs Muscles, not a full on body builder with
orange skin and muscles on muscles all over the place. I'd just like to have cool looking muscles like Michelle the Trainer on Biggest Loser.
It would be cool to be able to flex my muscles at Ruby, Tom & Archie!!
