1. Because they are weird
2. But they accept being weird and go with it
3. Because stereotyping generally makes them appear cooler or hotter than they really are
4. But when it doesn't they can laugh about it!
5. But especially because they are louder and crazier and (mostly) more wonderful that customers ever realise!
